SECRETS TO SUCCESS

Hi, I'm Steve Casey. We began our company in 1992 as a small home-based business. At the time, we were property managers and were responsible for cleaning all the vacated units. We bought a small portable unit in hopes of making some extra income for our family. As friends and family became aware of our little venture, requests began coming on for extra work.

We have always maintained an exceptionally high commitment to quality work and exceeding our customer's expectations. I began to take as much training and certifications as possible and soon became a leader in the industry with certification in all areas including carpets, upholstery, carpet dyeing, carpet repair, carpet installation, commercial carpet maintenance, residential carpet cleaning, smoke and odour removal and water damage restoration.

Our small enterprise began to grow and grow, simply by referral. In 1994, I bought my first truck mounted steam cleaning machine and began developing Magiclean on a full-time basis. This is when Magiclean was officially incorporated.

Magiclean more than doubled its annual sales volume for the first four to five years that it was in operation. At the present growth rates, the annual sales volume will put Magiclean in the top 3 largest cleaning and restoration organizations in Calgary.

Magiclean seeks to be one of the largest home-cleaning and restoration companies in the City of Calgary in hopes to offer a wide variety of services at competitive prices with quality assurance. Magiclean is revolutionizing the industry by changing the expectations for quality and service.
